Efoloma Isemoo, translated as "Pointed Heart", hails from the northern isle of
Ir'arkathian. The chapter is comprised of members of the Wood Elf tribe itself,
consisting so far only of Lomion and his daughter, and those who have sought out
the tribe for their prowess in combat and living, who may be of any background,
race, or code as long as they allow others to freely grow in the lessons of
their teachers.
